🔮 Chinese Metaphysics & Predictive Analytics
I have a deep passion for Chinese metaphysics, particularly Bazi (Four Pillars of Destiny), I Ching (Yi Jing), and Feng Shui—which, funnily enough, is just another way of saying I’m skilled in predictive modeling. What started as a curiosity evolved into a side profession, where I’ve provided over 200 readings for friends, family, and clients.
At its core, metaphysics is just an alternative regression model: instead of economic indicators, we use birth charts; instead of confidence intervals, we have auspicious vs. inauspicious cycles. The commonality? Both seek to extract meaningful patterns from seemingly random variables—and, let’s be honest, neither always gets it right 100% of the time.
Does this mean I can predict stock prices or your next job offer? Not exactly. But if you ever need to know whether Mercury retrograde or your BaZi chart is behind a bad quarter, I’m your person. And who knows? If we end up working together, I might just throw in a complimentary reading—purely for ‘data validation’ purposes, of course.
🥋 Martial Arts & Competitive Spirit
A decade ago, I won gold in women’s broadsword (Dao Shu) at the Hunan Provincial Youth Wushu Championship. While Wushu isn’t about fighting an opponent directly, competition demands precision, speed, and flawless execution under pressure—every stance, strike, and aerial move judged down to the smallest detail.
Though I no longer compete, martial arts has never left me. I still enjoy practicing forms, watching high-level performances, and analyzing the biomechanics behind great techniques. The discipline and adaptability I developed through years of training continue to shape how I approach challenges—whether in problem-solving, strategic thinking, or mastering new skills.
Perhaps it’s no coincidence that people often describe me as “energetic”—after all, years of intense athletic training tend to leave a lasting imprint.
